Job Responsibilities
- Conducting research, content development, and developing knowledge and communication products
- Work on collating good Stories/ News/ Research articles and share with the content team
- Documentation support to production of News headlines and weekly reads
- Develop strategies with the programme teams to adapt to new ways of data collection, assessment, and knowledge building.
- Have some understanding of Internal communications and newsletter writing
- Delivering communication trainings & presentations
- Documentation support to the project proposals/ awards etc.
- Archived organisation’s knowledge assets/ maintain comprehensive digital and printed material in an e-library
- Developing SOPs for streamlining processes pertaining to these roles.
- Build and Maintain knowledge assets such as publications, photos, and videos.
Desired Skills
- Must have a Communications and English writing background. Ideally a journalist by qualification with a nose for story.
- Fairly good understanding of development communications
