Dhwani is seeking candidates for the role of Project Analyst for multiple locations. It is a contractual role for the candidate who have experience of 2 to 3 years.

Dhwani Rural Information Systems (RIS) is a Delhi NCR, India headquartered 7+-year-old social/development sector-focused advisory and consulting firm. With a robust team of 100+ ICT4D professionals, Dhwani RIS develops IT applications for NGOs, Government functionaries, CSRs, International Funding Organizations, etc. to manage their projects and programs in India and abroad.
Job Overview
The analyst will work as a member of the Dhwani Project Management Unit (PMU) and will be deputed in one of the project locations. They will contribute significantly to project monitoring and reporting through technology tools, ensure effective communication across stakeholders and data integrity, and conduct capacity building within the client’s partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination with Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) and external stakeholders
- Data reporting supervision
- Training and Capacity Building
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT), software engineering, computer science, or related field.
- Experience of 1-2 years in technical tasks associated with online tools, technologies and IT platforms.
- 2-3 years of exposure to a social/development sector-focused organization such as an NGO, social impact consulting firm, CSR, think tank, or a research organization

Key Skills
- Understanding of Theory of Change (ToC), Results Framework (RF), log frame
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Good coordination skills in a dynamic environment
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Understanding of monitoring and evaluation (preferred)
- Proficiency in advanced Excel.
Location
We are looking for the suited candidates from these outlined locations: Guwahati, Lucknow, Bangalore, Indore, Noida, Mumbai, and Kolkata.
This role will involve a hybrid work model with frequent field travel.
