Responsibilities
ESG Data Reporting & Governance
- Collect ESG Data across locations and verify the data reported.
- Knowledge and understanding on ESG Reporting Standards [Like Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards Business Responsibility and Sustainability reporting (BRSR) Standards or equivalent standards]
- Compile data as required to be reported in ESG report and perform analysis
- Experience in Developing a tracker in alignment with the requirements of reporting standards, Consultants, and work with various internal stakeholders to collect and collate the data on quarterly basis.
- Expertise in performing analysis of the data collated and discuss with concerned stakeholders for any anomalies and correct if any reporting error and forward the necessary data to ESG Reporting team.
Environmental Standards [GRMS], Procedures and Policy Implementation and Governance
- Strong knowledge on Environmental standards/procedures and should have an experience in implementing these standards at Site
- Should be able to Monitor and validate GRMS Non-Compliances and validate help to resolve these NCs
- Perform audit on Environmental GRMS Standards as per independent assurance audit protocol
- Develop Standards and Procedures on Environment
- Monitor and help on effective closure of Environmental Non-compliances reported as part external statutory audit and GAR audit
- Help to perform TMU L1 audit on environment and help to implement L1 Environment standards for TMUs
- Help to provide Quarterly Environmental Compliance update to Global Governance team and track non-compliances reported by Site.
- Should have a knowledge on ISO 14001 Standards
Environmental Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor Environmental Compliance across manufacturing and other locations through Compliance Portal.
Requirements
- B.E., Chemical/Mechanical engineering from an accredited university/college with minimum of 4 to 5 years’ experience in process plants.
- Understanding of Environmental Standards and practices and challenges.
- Demonstrated proficiency in multiple business applications: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc;
- Strong Verbal, written communication, analytical and Listening skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a variable workload and flexible to handle seasonal workloads
