Roles & Responsibilities
- Support the implementation of Oracle HCM by understanding global stakeholders’ requirements.
- Effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for the implementation.
- Assist in data gathering, data validation, data maintenance and ensure 100% accuracy.
- Manage employee data in the system.
- Identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Support the project of digitalization of employment documents.
- Support on routine HR & Payroll Operations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Hands-on experience using an HRMS software, preferably Oracle/SAP/Workday etc.
- Preferred experience of HRMS implementation
- Should be well versed with MS Excel and able to effectively manage large employee data
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality given the nature of work
- Graduation Degree compulsory
- Diploma in HRM preferred
We are looking for a candidate who has experience in handling HRMS software and managing employee’s data in the system. This role involves supporting on various aspects of this project and coordinate with multiple stakeholders. The role will also be responsible for various aspects of HR Operations.
This is a Hybrid Opportunity, which involves around 6-12 weeks work from our Mumbai office (Chakala), as per Business requirements.
