Roles & Responsibilities

1.To have smooth coordination between Auditors and respective stake holders for timely completion of audit and closure of audit observations as per target dates.
2.To have smooth coordination between Auditors and respective stake holders for timely completion of IFC testing, Revision of RCM based on IFC testing and documentation to address any non-compliance.
3.To carry out internal audits in the areas on the specific requirements of the Management and Head Internal Audit and closure of audit observations as per target dates.
4.To support and guide to user department in framing new, modifying existing SOP/Policies.
5.To support and supervise and give guidance to both user department and the third party agency conducting the PIV activity.
6.To coordinate with statutory auditors for carrying out the year-end inventory.
7.To carry out Fixed Assets Verification.
8.Thorough and timely pre-audit of Purchase Orders above Rs.20 lacs.
9.To monitor and give guidance to user Depts. and support GRN section for early resolution of issue in respect of GRN preparation.
10.To support Head Internal Audit for any activity.

Requirements

• The candidate should be comfortable to commute to Ranjangaon Location for 5 days a week.
• This is an individual contribution role
• Reporting will be to Internal Audit Head
• Candidate must have good experience in SAP.
• Candidate should have experience in internal audit of various manufacturing
