We create an impactful nexus of projects with NGOs and CSR organizations, helping both sides deliver transformative projects and be contributors to social good. As part of our expansion, we are building a robust community of NGOs and partnering with CSR organizations to make CSR investments more effective in driving long-lasting change.

- Experience in proposal development, business communication, or stakeholder management within the CSR, social sector, or consulting space.
- A collaborative mindset, with a desire to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Development Studies, Public Policy, Business, Economics or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a CSR organization
- Minimum 2 years of experience in implementing or managing social impact projects, or relevant areas
- Minimum 1 year of experience in fundraising or business development
- Strong understanding of CSR policies, SDGs, and the NGO ecosystem.
- Understanding of the local governance system in India
- Having a network in CSR community will be looked forward
- Proven experience in proposal development, grant writing, stakeholder management, and business communication.
- Excellent writing, data analysis and presentation skills.
- Tech savvy.
