Gramothhan is seeking a dedicated SEL Fellow to do Research and implement SEL in our existing education initiatives. The candidate will have a strong background in education research, psychology or a related field and will be responsible for conducting studies, analyzing data, and providing insights that derive effective SEL interventions.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement research studies on SEL frameworks, interventions, and outcomes in the rural context.
- Collaborate with programme staff, stakeholders and other organizations to
ensure effective implementation of current programmes.

- Facilitate interactive SEL sessions for students, educators and parents, fostering emotional intelligence, resilience and well-being.
- Engage in effective learning sessions to discuss challenges, insights and
innovative solutions for SEL integration. - Advocate for SEL policies and awareness within schools and the broader
education system.
Qualifications
- Bachelors/master’s degree in education, psychology, social work, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience with children, teachers and parents
- Experience in facilitation, mentoring or training is a plus
- Passion for working with children, educators, teachers and communities to
promote well-being

Required Skills
- Experience in design and research
