About the Opportunity
This is a full-time position for a fixed term of 01 Year based at Saket, New Delhi, India, and reports to the Legal Manager and Company Secretary, Nisha Prabhakar Khurana.
In this role, you will secure that the country’s business goals and actions comply with all relevant laws and regulations, and secure the best interests of the Company while negotiating contracts and handling litigation.
Advise other functions on various legal matters.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To support the Company Secretary in various secretarial functions to ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules made thereunder.
- Assist in convening statutory meetings of the Board and shareholders
- Maintenance of statutory records and registers
Eligibility Criteria
- Company Secretary with at least 5 years of experience.
- Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements
- Sound understanding of the Companies Act, 2013, Secretarial Standards, and best Corporate Governance practices.
- An excellent collaborator who is open-minded, straightforward, and cultivates a strong feedback culture
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders in other teams to drive results
- Ability to handle multiple matters concurrently
