Job Description
Senior level lead, responsible for the successful planning and delivery of Web Connected Printer Program is one of the largest IoT installations in the world.
The person needs to coordinate multiple projects across multiple disciplines (e.g., hardware, marketing, supply chain, etc.) Expected to be the trusted advisor to senior management on product management, program status, and quality of execution.
Duties/ Key Areas of Responsibilities
- Defines, manages, and evaluates business plans to ensure they are operationally executable against defined strategic objectives.
- Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
- Responsible for identifying and building the value chain partners for a successful project execution
- Manages the life cycle of the program ensuring the deadlines are achieved and day-to-day functions of the program and related projects take place as required.
- Works with engineering management to identify and improve the overall efficiency of the program in the future.
- Leads and partners with cross-functional teams to develop both short and long-term business plans and supporting data-driven models.
- Assume full accountability for adherence to commitments, schedule, and requirements and managing budget for the team while ensuring compliance with business policies, quality processes

Requirements
- Understanding of web technologies, cloud computing
- Experience in Agile Methodologies (Agile PO certification would be desirable.)
- Knowledgeable in Swagger, Postmen, Maven, GIT, Zabbix, Splunk
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational management skills
- Extensive experience with multiple software systems design tools and languages.
- Excellent analytical/problem-solving skills,
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with dynamic priority shifts
- Self-motivated and Self-starter. Should be a team player
- Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, & AWS (Kinesis, S3, ActiveMQ, SQS, SNS, Dynamodb, etc..) is desirable
Required Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Typically 10-12 years experience.
- 2+ years of Product Owner/Product Manager or complex program management including working across remote teams.
