1. YouTube Performance & Insights Analyst –

The Job Role and Responsibilities

As a YouTube Performance and Insights Specialist you will:

  • Performance Review and Insights Generation: Regularly reviewing the performance of the YouTube channels, identifying trends, and patterns that contribute to a channel’s success or downfall. This role involves deciphering meaningful insights from existing data.
  • Insight-driven Reporting: Condensing the information from YouTube Creator Studio into insightful reports. This involves presenting the data in a user-friendly format, emphasizing key insights and their implications.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicating with various stakeholders, including channel heads and management, providing valuable insights about the channels’ performance and strategic suggestions.
  • Strategy Development and Implementation: Based on the insights derived from the data, formulating strategies to replicate successful outcomes and rectify any issues leading to a channel’s downfall.


2. Video & Motion Graphics Editor

Location: Gurgaon | Type: Full Time |Experience: 2 years | Reporting: Varun Khera

What will you do as a part of this role?

  • Collaborate with the B2B team, creative directors, and clients to understand project requirements and desired outcomes.
  • Edit and assemble raw footage, including selecting appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers, to create high-quality and engaging short documentary videos.
  • Design and create custom motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for videos, reels, and other digital content.
  • Develop creative concepts and storyboards for animated content, ensuring that the final product is in line with client expectations and brand guidelines.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient workflow, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Continuously stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and new techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of our video production process.
  • Provide input on creative direction, suggesting innovative ideas and solutions to enhance video content and storytelling.


3. Social Media Associate

Location: Gurugram, Haryana | Type: Full-Time | Reporting to: Varun Khera | Department: Partnerships |Duration: Full-Time | CTC: Final Offered compensation will be based on relevant experience and interview evaluation | Experience range: 1-3 Years

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for partner organizations, aligned with their goals and objectives.
  • Design, curate, and manage engaging content for multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn.
  • Collaborate with our creative and content teams to develop eye-catching visuals, captivating copy, and share-worthy content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Analyze and monitor social media performance, using insights to refine strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, ensuring our partners maintain a strong presence across all platforms.

Requirement for the Role

  • Graduate/Master’s degree in Media and Communications or in a similar field
  • 1-2 years of experience in media and related fields
  • Good communication and research skills
  • Strong Adobe Photoshop and design skills
  • Good understanding of YouTube Algorithm, trends, SEO marketing and awareness of the trends in the YouTube and Media Community
  • Good copywriting skills
  • Strong excel skills
  • Strong sense of how works
  • Self-motivated individual with a drive to bring the best outcomes
  • Understand the psychology of people from all classes.
  • The confluence of eyes and mind should be such that it can tell which channel is new in the market, when will the old channel be closed
  • Be addicted to watching YouTube videos day and night; don’t just be addicted, have the ability to improve your work every day by observing the good things in those videos


5. Community Manager

What will you do as a part of this role?

  • Strategize the entry point into the Josh WhatsApp community: Answer the questions like:
  • How will the unique watchers become a part of the Josh WhatsApp funnel?
  • For example, if they need to fill a google form linked to our video, you will be creating that form embedding questions relevant to the organization in the present as well as in the future,
  • Identifying the relevant classification criteria for the different WhatsApp Communities (such as on the basis of location of community members or their individual interests.
  • Research and find out all possible criteria of the community division.
  • Defining the questions of the form on the basis of the above classification, analyzing it time-to-time and spot trends to improve.
  • Managing the community channels end-to-end including the enrolment of audience as community members, maintaining their dynamic database, creating unique and personalized social content to drive community conversations, echoing the brand in the response texts and convey the idea and mission of the organization through every piece of content sent.
  • Identify the best cost for the entire undertaking and ways of most feasible implementation.
  • Analyze and determine the best time to send suitable content along with its frequency on a monthly and quarterly basis (with an intention of keeping the audience engaged yet not spammed).
  • Define and manage the content timeline such as deciding the number of texts to be sent in a month, what type of content to send when.
  • Communicate our vision with the community members through the desired type of content and personalized responses to them.
  • Spell checking and proofreading the content before circulation and making sure to circulate zero-error texts.
  • Ensuring that the content is extremely relevant (either revolving around the members’ interests or about the brand).
  • Mapping the future relevance of the data being collected through the creation of the communities.
  • Focusing on providing incentives to the community members for joining the same and bringing them closer to the brand.
  • Promptly replying to all the texts being received in a day, i.e. mainly spending a few hours on this to ensure that the replies are being sent out in a personalized yet josh like manner.
