Job Position- Assistant Manager Academics & Training
Class observations and qualitative feedback for the team Managing supervisors and overseeing and supervising the KEF/Umang processes in School. Check insights from the data collected to make an action plan, and suggest mitigation/ remedial/ course correction.
Years of Experience- 5+ years in educational segment
Qualification
MA/BA English with M.Ed/ B.Ed + teaching and supervisory exp, experience in teachers training is a must.
Job Position- Assistant Manager FLN
Planning day-to-day activities for her/his respective stakeholders which includes one to one and one to many sessions with stakeholders and administration work. Ensuring proper documentation of daily activities.
Years of Experience- 5 Years of experience working with teachers in school as a teacher/ educational background
Qualification
Educational Qualification: MSW/ BEd/ DEd preferably with the knowledge of ECE
Assistant Manager- Excel
The Project Assistant Manager oversees the implementation and tracking of Scholarship Programmes in Excel which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverable.
Years of Experience- 7+ years in school sector, project planning or educational sector
Qualification
Post-graduation or Masters Degree in Management/ MBA/ Masters in Social Entrepreneurship or Non-profit Management, Masters in Social Work/ Social Sciences/ Education Masters in Development Studies/ Management
Job Position- Alumni Relations and Placement
The Senior Assistant Manager- Alumni and placements will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Alumni and placement activity across all excel projects and perform a wide range of duties.
Years of Experience- 9+ years preferably in social sector
Qualification
Post-graduation/ Graduation or relevant qualification in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Public Relations/ Social Sciences/ Social Work/ Education
