Roles & Responsibilities
- Project execution and innovation for excellence and improved impact
- Improvement in Project effectiveness and efficiency by adopting tech-based solutions and best practices
- Responsible for scholarship fund disbursal
- Responsible for compliance and being adult ready for the projects
- Network and establish connect and collaboration with universities and institutions
- Preparing and managing budgets
- Collaborate with corporate and others for placement assistance of scholars
- Review weekly & monthly financial and other activity trackers, MIS reports, reports to the funding organizations
Education & Experience Criteria
- Master’s in Education/ Social Work/ MBA with specialization in CSR, Scholarship domain/ Sustainable development
- 15+ years’ experience in designing, executing, leading Higher Education out of which 7 years must be in scholarship projects in CSR/ Life skill training/ placement/ technology platform.
- Knowledge of standards and effective practices across multiple disciplines for education and community development
- Proven ability to cultivate and steward relationships with partner schools, reputed education institutes in India
