About the Role
We are looking for a Consultant Videographer to create impactful and engaging visual content that
reflects KEF’s mission and captures the essence of its projects and initiatives. The ideal candidate will
have 4–5 years of experience in videography, possess their own camera equipment, and demonstrate proficiency in storytelling through visuals.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional videos for KEF’s programs, campaigns, and events.
- Develop compelling visual narratives that effectively convey the impact of KEF’s initiatives.
- Pre-Production and Coordination
- Collaborate with the internal teams to conceptualize video content aligned with KEF’s goals.
- Create storyboards and shot lists for seamless execution.

Qualifications and Skills
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or equivalent experience with a strong portfolio.
Required
- Proven experience (4–5 years) in videography and video editing.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong storytelling skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and work in diverse community settings.

Preferred
- Experience working with NGOs or in the education sector.
- Knowledge of audio recording and editing techniques.
