Skills Required
- Strong understanding of real estate concepts and valuation methodologies (income, market and cost approaches)
- Along with real-estate, having a basic understanding of business valuation will be advantageous (e.g. Income approach – discounted cash flow method, WACC).
- Command over accounting and financial statements analysis
- Knowledge of relevant respective local GAAP or IFRS standards
- Demonstrates quality service mindset; strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate MS Office applications (including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Qualifications
CA / CFA / MBA (Specialization in Finance & Investment Management)/ Degree in Real Estate.
Experience
The candidate must have 3 to 5 years of working experience in real-estate valuation roles.
