Language and Learning Foundation (www.languageandlearningfoundation.org) is a New Delhi-based non-profit organization with the vision of enhancing equitable student learning, especially language and literacy development, through the professional development of teachers and teacher educators, building/sharing knowledge, and implementing projects in collaboration with state governments. LLF currently works with 7 state governments across the country.
About the Position
The Field Coordinator will be instrumental in overseeing and executing all field-related activities for the Teacher Professional Development for Equity (TPD4Equity) Project in the assigned district of Uttar Pradesh. Collaborating closely with the Project Coordinator and other stakeholders, the Field Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful implementation of interventions, training programs, and data collection activities. This position demands strong leadership, organizational skills, and a deep understanding of educational initiatives in the regional context.

Educational Qualifications, Skills and Experience
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Experience:
- Proven experience in field coordination for educational projects, with a focus on marginalized populations.
Skills:
- Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a cultural understanding of the regional context.
- Proficiency in data collection methods and tools.
- Ability to work independently in a field-based setting and collaboratively with the project team.
- Understanding of ethical considerations in field research and intervention implementation.
