Job Role: Manager- Accounts & Finance

Preferred CA / MBA/ Inter CA

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a manufacturing Industry

Other Requirements

  • Manage team of Accounts and due diligence of daily accounts and matter
  • Knowledge of SAP is a must.
  • Expertise in advance Excel.
  • Candidate from manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Regular ledger scrutiny of books of accounts and resolving day to day queries of the accounts team.
  • Monthly physical verification of inventories lying at all locations.
  • Comparison of inventory as per books vs physical inventory. Justification for differences in physical vs SAP stocks.
  • Inventory valuation at the end of each month.
  • Preparation of Fixed Assets schedule at the end of each month and passing of depreciation entries in books.
  • Quarterly Statutory Audit of books of accounts.
  • Candidates must have sound knowledge of Statutory Compliances like, GST, Income Tax etc.
  • Renewal of various Certificates and Licenses related to GIDC or other authorities with co- ordination with various departments like Green, VIA, GIDC and visit of inspectors.
  • Finalisation of books of accounts at the end of each year.
  • Filing of yearly Tax Audit Report under Income Tax Act.
  • Cost Control and Expenses analysis with appropriate suggestions to reduce the overall costs.
  • Submission of weekly outstanding report and daily collection report to the management.
  • Preparation of various MIS required by the management team.
  • Development of various MIS in SAP with the help of SAP Team.
  • Timely booking of all invoices in SAP.
  • Third party balance confirmation at end of each quarter.
  • Passing of various provision entries at the end of each in the books for month closure.

Job Role: Executive HR (MBA/ PGDM/ MSW/ MHRM/ MBA- HR)

Responsibilities

  • Induction formalities – compliance forms, corporate salary accounts, file completion, etc.
  • Take care of Administration, Front office, Supervision of Housekeeping activities
  • Manage the recruitment cycle i.e. calling the candidates, scheduling the face to face interviews, take the initial round of interviews etc.
  • Implementation of company s HR policies & practices.
  • Managing time, attendance, payroll and taxation related to Employees
  • Managing Contractors, Monitoring contractors labours attendance & payroll system
  • Being responsible for general admin of organisation
  • Regular tour of plants / offices to check the hygiene and cleanliness

B.Sc/ M.Sc in Organic Chemistry

Experience

Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in chemical industries and currently working as R&D Chemist

Responsibilities

  • Preparation & Standard Solution and its standardization
  • Sample analysis for R & D batches and custom synthesis
  • GC and HPLC Analysis
  • Product literature search.
  • Support to plant trial (Technology transfer lab to plant).
  • Maintain R & D experiment record and report to higher authority.
  • Analysis method development of new products.
  • Managing staff and housekeeping of R & D laboratory.
  • Prepare log sheet of New Product, RMC consumption, Daily new product development status and planning report.
  • Design, develop, and characterize novel synthetic products and processes under guidance of seniors
  •  Observe, analyse, calculate and evaluate results from laboratory work to improve processes and communicate data.
