The Ministry of Civil Aviation is inviting applications for the recruitment of Young Professionals at its New Delhi office. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Hon’ble Minister of Civil Aviation and the Economic Regulation (ER) Division on critical projects involving research, data analysis, and policy formulation.

Position Details:
1. Young Professional – Aerospace
- Posts Available: 2
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or related fields.
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience with a reputable company, firm, or research body specializing in aviation/drone policy and related areas.
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years
2. Young Professional – Economics/Finance/Management
- Posts Available: 2
- Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Economics or MBA (specializing in Aviation or Finance) from a reputed University/Institute, or MBA with work experience in the aviation sector.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience with a reputable company, firm, or research body specializing in aviation and related areas.
- Age: Not exceeding 35 years
Desirable Experience:
- Expertise in applying the latest research, techniques, and business intelligence to solve practical problems in the aviation domain.
- Experience in developing/applying mathematical, statistical, economic, or financial models for data analysis, research, and policy formulation.
- Proficiency in interpreting data, preparing brief reports, and drawing conclusions for policy-making and implementation.
What Young Professional will Do?
- These professionals, drawn from both aviation and policy backgrounds, will brief the Minister on key issues, prepare comprehensive reports and assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Selected candidates will work closely with the Minister, providing essential support in research, data analysis, and policy formulation.
Tenure
- Initial engagement for 1 year, extendable up to 3 years based on performance.
Selection Procedure
- Scrutiny of applications based on qualifications and work experience.
- Personal interview.
Salary
- The emoluments for Young Professionals will range from ₹50,000/- to ₹54,000/- per month (all-inclusive), depending on qualifications and experience.
