Consultant/ Programme Officer (QC) | MBBS with 3 years experience in Clinical Laboratory/Blood Bank With exposure to quality systems in Healthcare Sector. OR 1st Class Master’s degree in Pharmacy or M.Sc. (Medical Microbiology/Medical Laboratory Technology/ Biotechnology/Life Sciences from a recognized university with 5 years experience preferably in Blood Bank) or Quality Control/Management of Biologicals. Exposure to health systems/ quality management in Healthcare Sector GMP/GLP/GCP practice is required. | All matters pertaining to Capacity Building/ Monitoring/QMS/EQAS and Accreditation of Blood Banks and Blood Transfusion services | Upto 60 Years |
Consultant/ Programme Officer (IEC) | MBA/Postgraduate Degree in Communication/Social Science/ Humanities from a reputed University/Institute. Minimum 5 years experience in planning, implementing and monitoring of communication activities. A good understanding of new media and traditional media. ATL/BTL and other media vehicles. Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work with people and teams to achieve results. Experience in working with NGO and civil society, and with participatory approaches. | All matters pertaining to advocacy, events, communication, networking, IEC related work, Social Media, New letter, Publications and Media matters etc. | Upto 60 years |
Programme Officer M&E and IT | Postgraduate degree/diploma (Public Health/ Statistics/ Demography/ Informatics). Minimum 5 years experience in Health Programme Management/ Monitoring and Evaluation | All matters pertaining to monitoring/reporting/IT systems website for Blood Banks/BTS | Upto 60 year |
Associate Consultant (M&E) | Post Graduate Degree/ Diploma in Public Health/ Applied Epidemiology/ Health Administration/ Health Management or equivalent Minimum 3 years’ experience in Disease Surveillance/ Epidemiology/ Management of Health Programme/ Programme Monitoring and evaluation in preferable in Public Health/ HIV/AIDS. | Monitoring Report preparation, Supply chain, Management and Logistic Monitoring etc. | Upto 60 year |
Associate Consultant (Procurement and Supply chain) | Post Graduate in Commerce/MBA in logistics and Supply Chain Management. Diploma in Material Management will be an added advantage. Minimum 3 years experience in Procurement and Logistics/ Supply Chain Management at senior level in Govt/ Autonomous Body/Reputed organization. Experience in procurement and supply chain management of health products will be an added advantage. | Procurement, RTI matters and Public grievances other miscellaneous matters. | Upto 60 year |
