About the Role
A Brand Designer plays a crucial role in shaping and maintaining a company’s brand identity. They are responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of a brand and ensuring consistency across all brand-related materials.
The ideal candidate would be an experienced designer with the motivation to collaborate across multi-disciplinary teams composed of exhibit designers, floor associates, sales team, facilitators & learning and programming teams, external agencies and more, to produce factually accurate and value-aligned content.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design or relevant field.
- 5-6 years experience in branding and marketing communication design.
- Software knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Google Suite with a keen interest in illustrations. After-effects knowledge is appreciated.
- Experienced in print production, vendor management and digital design.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor branding to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving challenges
