Job Purpose

  • Knowledge Management Specialist is responsible for understanding, documenting and disseminating the Seller Support process’s, provides process insights and enhancements to ensure simplified and well-defined processes.
  • A KM specialist is expected to liaise with stakeholders on all process changes and or updates, seek clarity, document the end to end process flow and get stakeholders sign-off. Develop and implement innovative, creative, and effective strategies to capture, interpret and share process knowledge with Sellers and internal teams.
  • Knowledge Management Specialist leverages best practices of synthesizing, organizing and disseminating knowledge to improve the effectiveness of defined process and thereby leverage impact on Seller and or internal teams learning opportunities in accordance to the Seller Support Policies
  • KM Specialist will provide Knowledge Mobilization strategy, the purpose of this position is to lead learning events, produce creative content for easy consumption, identify SOP and or process that need reiteration while supporting stakeholder liaison, internal and external communications to demonstrate field impact.

Job Duties

  • Ensure implementation of Knowledge Mobilization strategy, standards and processes
  • Operationalize an end-to-end SOP and or process documents and engagement strategies that facilitate timely, useful delivery of information through learning interventions and activities.
  • Interpret and promote KM standards and guidelines, best practices, and state-of-the-art approach among sellers and internal team
  • Manage the creation of updated knowledge products that showcase results and impact, to effectively profile Seller Support processes. This includes, case studies, stories, reports, briefing notes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document the process in creative ways to publish and disseminate results
  • Strengthen internal and external engagements to support Knowledge Management goals
  • Strengthen the current process, knowledge creation, knowledge translation and dissemination through training, coaching, mentoring, and ongoing project support
  • Communicate and track KM opportunities
  • Identify and curate content for where the Sellers and or internal team needs support.

Job Requirements

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks and adjust quickly in short timeframes with limited direct supervision
  • Ability to build rapport with others and create a team environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, motivational and time management skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours if necessary
  • Demonstrated understanding of knowledge management principles and capacity to deliver knowledge management and/or organizational learning activities
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, understandable ideas
  • Excellent written communication skills and the capacity to summarize large volumes of information into concise formats.
  • Capable of identifying gaps and executing initiatives
  • Strong analytical skills for synthesis of materials, evaluations, and preparation of poster presentations etc.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally to ensure alignment and realization of strategic goals.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Must have a bachelor’s degree in any stream
  • Must have knowledge of spoken Hindi and excellent communication (verbal and written) in English
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a KM specialist from a reputed organization
  • Certification on KM concepts / tools / tactic knowledge and or embedded systems preferred
