Age
The age of candidate must be between 21 and 30 years of age.
Selection Procedure
The selection will be in four Phases as furnished below:
- Qualifying Section- Reasoning Test, English Language, Computer Knowledge, Quantitative Aptitude, Decision Making
- Merit Section- General Awareness, Eco & Soc. Issues (with focus on Rural India), Agriculture & Rural Development with Emphasis on Rural India.
- Shortlisting of the candidates for the Mains exam will be base don marks scored in merit section only.

Eligible candidates are required to apply online through website www.nabard.org. No other means/ application mode will be accepted. The application form should be filled in English only. Option for the use of Hindi language will be available for Online/ Main Examination/ Interview.
