Position Summary
The Program Assistant will assist in managing, coordinating, and monitoring the Abhijit Sen Rural Internship program that offers a unique opportunity to explore the realities of rural India and gain a deeper understanding of the existing socio-economic challenges. The program encourages rigorous academic scholarship amongst university students and sensitise them to the challenges faced by the diverse rural communities in the country.

Eligibility and Required Skills
- Preferably holding a post-graduate degree in social work, rural development, or social sciences.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in the development sector, including at least 1 year in program coordination.
- Knowledge of data analysis tools
- Willingness to travel outside of Delhi as per program needs.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in reporting and monitoring & evaluation (M&E) techniques.
Salary
The Program Assistant at NFI will get a salary of Rs. 5.4 LPA.
