Experience
2-4 years of relevant work experience
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the conceptualisation, planning, budgeting, and execution of events such as forums and convenings, including logistics and production management, for both virtual and in-person formats.
- Support coordination with partners, vendors, participants, and internal stakeholders to ensure the seamless delivery of events.
- Assist in developing various event collaterals and communications, including branding materials, concept notes, participant communications, reports, and press releases.
- Help engage and build partnerships with external stakeholders, such as businesses, academia, government and public service organisations, and media.
- Maintain and manage event-related trackers and databases.
Skills and Competencies
- Proven experience in organising various kinds of in-person and virtual events end-to-end.
- Strong understanding of digital media and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Location
