Responsibilities

1. Maintaining good relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service.
2. Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients.
3. Regularly interact with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings.
4. Identifying ways to overcome clients’ initial dislike of company products.
5. Maintaining an accurate record of all existing and potential clients.
6. Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
7. Training and providing overall guidance to client service employees.
8. Organizing training seminars to enable clients to fully utilize product features and benefits.
9. Ensuring that the correct terms of sale are entered into the client 10. database to prevent avoidable billing issues.

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or an industry-related field.
2. Proven experience working as a client servicing executive. (Experience in the Digital Marketing field will be preferred).
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
4. The ability to work efficiently under pressure.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication skills.
8. Exceptional customer service skills.
