About the Role
The Research Assistant plays a crucial role in IHCR’s quantitative study by managing survey implementation, monitoring data collection quality, and preparing clean datasets for analysis. This position focuses on maintaining the integrity of research operations throughout the data collection process, ensuring standardised procedures across all study sites, and delivering properly coded data sets ready for statistical analysis. This position offers an opportunity to develop expertise in large-scale health research operations within a climate resilience framework.

Eligibility
- Education- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Social Sciences, Environmental Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Prior experience in research preferred
- Familiarity technical and analytical tools
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of local languages in the IHCR districts is a plus
Salary
The salary of Research and MEL Assistant will be Rs. 30, 000 to 40,000 PM.
