Requirements
Education
A bachelor’s degree in any stream is mandatory.
Experience
A minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in the Government/ Development sector in the Education domain.
Language Skills
Proficiency in both written and oral communication in Hindi and English is a must
Roles & Responsibilities
PMU & Research Role: Design and contextualize tools and processes in alignment with project requirements
Execution: Collaborate and facilitate to ensure the efficient execution of the project
Manage: Grievances and effectively handle changes in management processes
Support: Provide coaching and performance management support to team members.
