Requirements
- MBA or equivalent post graduate degree in Business Management/ Rural Management or
- Graduate with experience in consulting
- Min. 6-8 years (for program managers) and min 9-15 years (Sr. Program Manager) in Government Partnerships and Stakeholder Management.
- Exceptional Network with Government Agencies, Corporate and NGO
- Immediate joiners are desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Key Projects: Strong project management, overall accountability for success in creating strategies for business expansion, Setup processes for creation of business documents
- Strengthen Governance: Manage cross-functional, organization-wide projects or initiatives, Determine KPIs, Synthesize updates, create dashboards for CEO/CxOs/Board members
- Ensure strategic excellence: Facilitate communications between CEO/External Stakeholders, Prepare tools and formats to ensure excellence, Assist CEO for upcoming meetings with CxOs, internal/external stakeholders, Board.
