About the Role
● Creating and delivering graphic design and illustration for various media to aid impactful storytelling.
● Design and produce complex information / data into intuitive, easy, consumable communication material – reports, mailers, infographics, books.
● Generating fresh design concepts, regularly re-strategizing and adapting
● Production of high quality graphic design for in-house use as well as social media. Art direction for campaigns, program collaterals and publications.
● Create inspiring, strategic, and innovative collaterals for Quest Alliance that work in an integrated manner, both online and offline if and when required.
● Maintain brand guidelines and standards, support brand positioning exercises.
● Support the conceptualization and implementation of Quest to Learn’s visual identity.
● Support, mentor and guide other designers across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience
● Undergraduate or Associated Degree / Diploma in Graphic Design
● Advanced skills with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design, Fresco and Procreate
● Excellent graphic design and typography skills.
● Ability to develop rich, interactive, visually striking graphics that facilitate the presentation of data
● Knowledge of data tools and ability to understand data analysis is a plus.
● Knowledge of 3D illustration is a plus.
● 4+ years of experience working with graphic designs for the development sector in India or with a design agency.
● Excellent English communications skills, both verbal and written. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.
● Openness to learn and explore new design tools and technologies
● Strong attention to detail
Salary
The salary of Design Coordinator at Quest Alliance will range between 7 to 9 LPA.
