Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree with 1 year of recruitment experience.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes efficiently.
- Familiarity with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus).
Responsibilities
- Talent Acquisition – Source, screen, and shortlist candidates.
- Interview Coordination – Schedule and facilitate smooth hiring processes.
- HR Documentation – Manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and Employee documentation.
- Background Verification – Oversee candidate verification and compliance.
