Eligibility
- Overall 33+ months of work experience AND
- MBA from premier colleges (Indian and abroad) AND
- Minimum 12 months as/in:
- Analyst or Consulting role at Consulting firms – Mckinsey, BCG, and Bain
- Sales or Marketing role at FMCG firms – HUL, P&G and ITC
- Founder/CEO office role or P&L ownership role (responsible for geography, business vertical and/or category) at a growing start-up
- Co-founder of a start-up (non-family business)
- Note – The above is minimum eligibility but not a guarantee for offering SELP. Sr. Associate or Consultant designation may also be offered to people meeting the above criteria at the discretion of Samagra.
Selection Procedure
Round 1: Resume and Video
Here candidates are asked to submit their applications by filling the form given on the website.
Upload your resume and a video of 90 second in response to the question in the application form.
Round 2: 1-pager and excel
On clearing round first, you will receive a problem statement based on a governance issues.
You will be required to submit a 1-pager document and an excel output explaining your solution.
Round 3: Interview with Manager
You will have a 45 min long video interviews with one of our managers
This round will involve a discussion to know you better followed by a governance case interview.
Round 4: Interview with Partner
You will have a 60 minutes long video interview with one of our partners.
The final round will involve a governance case interview followed by an assessment of organizational fit.
