About the Role
The Program Manager oversees the audit process for the “Egg in Mid-Day Meals (MDM)” initiative, ensuring that all audits are conducted effectively and efficiently. The Program Manager is responsible for developing audit plans, managing the audit team, and ensuring that audit findings lead to continuous improvement in the MDM program.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Food Safety, Public Administration).
- Experience in audit management, preferably in a non-profit or government setting. • Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders, including government officials, NGOs, and school administrators.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, audit processes, and government regulations related to mid-day meals.
