About Sardar Patel Good Governance CM Fellowship Program 2025-26
Sardar Patel Good Governance CM Fellowship Program 2025-26 has been implemented by the Hon. Chief Minister. The plan is to appoint fellows who can contribute towards good governance in the state of Gujarat by using a modern and effective approach in policy making and service delivery processes and serve as catalysts for change in government departments and create an environment of innovation, efficiency and excellence.

Eligibility
Educational Qualification
- Standard 10th and 12th passed with minimum 60%
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60%
- Importance will be given to the prime national institutes
Age
- Age shall not be more than 35 years on last date of application
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience of relevant subject
Selection Evaluation
- Educational Qualifications and Work Experience- 40% Weightage

Role of Fellows
- Training Provider: SPIPA will provide training to the onboarded fellows.
- Administrative Support: SPIPA will offer comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the smooth functioning of the program.
- Orientation Program: SPIPA will conduct an orientation program for the fellows to familiarize them with the program’s objectives, expectations, and organizational structure.
- Training Duration: Fellows will undergo a one-week training program organized and facilitated by SPIPA. This training will likely cover various aspects of governance, policymaking, and service delivery.
- SPIPA’s involvement in the program adds a valuable dimension by providing training, administrative assistance, and orientation to ensure the success and effectiveness of the fellowship program.
Stipend
The monthly stipend of Sardar Good Governance Fellowship Program is Rs. 1,00,000/- + Rs. 10,000
