Sardar Patel Good Governance CM Fellowship is inviting applications from candidates of deferent backgrounds. The Chief Minister’s Fellowship program was implemented vide resolutions taken in reading . The aim and objective of this scheme is to channelize youth-energy in holistic development of state and nation. The matter of amending the provisions of the resolutions was under consideration. After Careful consideration, the Government has finally decided as follows.
About the Program
(1) 20 fellows will be appointed at the end of the selection process in the fellowship
programme, however, the actual need will be determined over time.
(2) Fellows selected for this program will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 1,00,000 + Rs.
10,000/- (LTA).
(3) Guidelines covering the terms and conditions of fellows, the work to be undertaken by various departments/division offices and agencies, the tasks of different committees etc. regarding this programme have been prescribed which shall be as per Annexure-1. The concerned have to perform the task accordingly.

Educational Qualifications, Age and Experience
Educational Qualification:
1) Standard 10th and 12th passed with minimum 60%
2) Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 60%
3) Importance will be given to the prime national institutes
Age
Age shall not be more than 35 years on last date of application
Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience of relevant subject
Selection Procedure
The selection of Individual Fellows shall be made in accordance with the provisions contained in the relevant government regulations and guidelines, as well as the Manual for Procurement for Fellowship & Other Services, as amended from time to time.
The Government of Gujarat will publish an advertisement on its official website as well as in widely circulated newspaper.

Application fees will be Rs. 500/- This fellowship shall follow the principles of equal access, open competition, and transparent selection of Individual Fellows.

Stipend
Rs. 1,00,000 + Rs. 10,000/- (LTA)
The continuation of the fellowship will be determined by mutual consent, and Individual Fellows will get a 10% increase in their Stipend. The increase in stipend will be based on their performance during the year, following the recommendation of the Selection Committee (SC) and duly approved by the competent authority within the Government of Gujarat.
