About the Opportunity
As a Analyst, you will begin as a generalist and be placed in the thick of action, you’ll begin to specialize in one or more practice areas guided every step of the way by Sattva mentors and specific training programs you may need.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the client’s team in Bidadi, Bangalore, to understand their data collection needs and objectives.
- Handle non-financial documents & evidence
- Ensure timely data collection and validation of evidences and documents
- Mapping of new requirements for sustainability audits
- Co-ordination with internal teams for non financial validation
Ideal Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, sustainability, finance, business, or related field. Master’s degree preferred
- 0-2 years of professional experience in ESG reporting, conducting audits
- Strong understanding of ESG principles, frameworks, and standards, including GRI, SASB, TCFD, and SDGs
- Proficient in data analysis, utilizing various analytical tools and techniques to create visually compelling representations for informed decision-making

- Skilled in both written communication and presentations, adept at crafting clear, concise written materia

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
