SBI Foundation is seeking a motivated Assistant Manager – Program (Education) to join our dynamic team in Mumbai. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in conceptualizing new initiatives and evaluating proposals that align with the United Nations SDGs, particularly in the field of education. Key Responsibilities
- Program Development: Assist in creating and implementing new educational programs, ensuring alignment with the United Nations 2030 Agenda.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor, evaluate, and report on the progress and impact of assigned programs, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Proposal Writing: Develop concept notes and proposals for new initiatives, contributing to the strategic growth of SBI Foundation’s educational programs.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including the Marketing & Communications team, to enhance outreach and awareness of program outcomes.
- Event Organization: Support the planning and execution of seminars, roundtables, and workshops to disseminate program findings and foster collaboration.
Eligibility
Essential Skills
● Excellent communication skills and writing skills
● Experienced in developing concept notes and writing proposals
● Proficient in formal communication, tailors language, tone, style and format to match
audience
● Computer literate in standard software applications (such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint,
MS Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides etc.)
● Excellent interpersonal skills
● Go-getter and self-starter with sound judgment and problem-solving skills.
- Creative problem solver with a rigorous approach and an aptitude for quantitative analysis.

Required Qualifications
● Master’s degree or equivalent in public policy, social sciences, or related areas with a
specialization in the field of education, working with children, pedagogy & teaching, etc.
● Minimum 1 (preferably 2 or more) years of experience in managing CSR projects in the
field of Education.
● Strong understanding of development issues, regulations, and best practices.

Minimum 21 years and Maximum 30 years as of 31.12.2023.
