SEWA (Self-Employed Women’s Association) Cooperative Federations is a women movement to make them economically empower is hiring for the position of Trainer. There are two positions for this role.

About SEWA

SEWA Cooperative Federation works to support women’s collective enterprises (WCEs) across sectors, enabling them to become viable, innovate, and scale. Over 30 years, we have promoted 100+ women’s cooperatives, reaching 300,000 informal women workers across sectors: agriculture and allied activities, handicrafts, services, social security, finance and vending.

Required Experience

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the development sector, particularly with women’s groups and collective enterprises

Qualifications

Any bachelor’s or equivalent degree from recognized university

Skills

● Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
● Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi
● Knowledge of MIS & MS Office
● Willingness to travel to field locations
● Specialized in skill development/capacity-building profile

Responsibilities

● Conducting online and offline training whenever required
● Coordinating for training-related activities with internal and external stakeholders
● Preparing modules, coordinating on material, test papers, forms related to training
● Report/case study writing of executed training in Gujarati and English.
● Translation of case study and communicating with the trainee on call for the same
