Simple Education Foundation is looking for a Senior Strategy Associate for its Delhi office. It s a not-for-profit organisation based in Delhi. Senior Strategy Associate: Roles and Responsibilities
- Supporting the Senior leadership team in realising organisational goals and maximising their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Responsible to help the Senior Leadership Team to achieve their outcomes with 30% less time invested.
- Spend at least 50% of their time working with the Chief Program Officer and the rest 50% with the CEO.
- Expected to attend weekly Senior Leadership Team meetings
- Weekly travel to Punjab for the next three months and occasional travel to Uttrakhand
Senior Strategy Associate: Requirements
You must have
- Excellent Report writing, research and Data analysis skills (both qualitative and quantitative)
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and minimum 1 years of experience in teaching
- Be adept in stakeholder management and building relationships with key stakeholders
- High accountability and professional ethics & have a keen interest in the impact sector and a strong purpose at the heart with a great analytical bent of mind.
- The willingness to get their hands dirty (very hands-on) i.e you are excited to learn new things and do not shy away from going above and beyond the traditional growth paths
You will need to:
- Have a strong desire to make a difference
- Be comfortable with nonprofit salaries
- Be quick on your feet as a decision-maker
- Meet targets and deadlines as required
- Be willing to take up additional responsibilities outside your profile if need be
- Commit to working with us for a minimum of 2 years, as change takes time
