About the Role
As a Program Associate (Implementation), you will play a pivotal role in strengthening the education ecosystem and developing exemplary teaching-learning models through direct collaboration with government stakeholders, teachers, and district education leaders. This is a two-year contractual role. This role provides:
- A hands-on opportunity to collaborate with educators and government bodies at the district level, addressing real-world challenges, bridging the gap between policy and practice, and driving impactful interventions.
- An opportunity to design and facilitate meaningful training programmes, ensuring they address district-level education needs and improve teaching practices in government schools.
- A chance to support state-wide transformation in Delhi, creating a lasting impact on how children experience learning in classrooms.
Responsibilities

Knowledge

Experience
- 1-3 years of experience in the education sector, specifically in teaching, curriculum design or teacher training
- Facilitation of workshops for adults, preferably in both small and large groups both
- Previous work experience with government agencies is preferred
- Proficiency in Hindi and English language, both written and spoken, is preferred
