Job Description
We are looking for a passionate team player with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. The person needs to have excellent communication and should be proactive, self-driven, and driven for results.
You will be responsible for bridging the gap between the IT team and business stakeholders using various strategies, tools, and techniques.
Responsibilities
- Identify customer needs, and understand the problem he wants to solve.
- Develop ideas independently or with the help of a team.
- Develop the idea into requirements specification to create future products.
- Drawing up future product requirements (communication with stakeholders – developers, customers, end-users);
- Requirement analysis (different methodologies and notations usage – prototyping, surveys, brainstorming, existing documentation analysis, and competitors)
- Requirements formalization (separation of business, functional and non-functional requirements)
- Advise developer and QA during product development and negotiate with customers about any disputable issues.
- Involvement in final product testing and related duties like user training, change management, and user support after the project is launched.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Requirements
- Good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Understanding of technologies
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience in creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Knowledge of wireframing and prototyping tools like Miro, Balsamiq, Invision, Figma, Moqups, Marvel
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
