Position Overview: Communications and Design Associate
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Communications and Design Associate to join our team. In this remote role, you will play a crucial part in executing our communications strategy, forming strategic partnerships, and producing and editing audio-visual content. This role will report directly to the Communications Manager and work closely with various departments within SPRF.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Multimedia Production, Graphic Design (Adobe creative suite), or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in communications and/or design roles, preferably within the non-profit or policy sector.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content management systems, and graphic design tools.
- Experience with audio-visual content production and editing software like Adobe Suite, Final Cut Pro.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of current trends in social policy and advocacy is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
