Requirement
MBA In Marketing/ Digital Marketing/ Media Management/ Media & Marketing with Ph.D. in the relevant area.

Qualifications
Ph.D. in the relevant area is mandatory with first-class preferably with distinction at UG & PG levels.
Soft Skills
A proven leader, motivator, and dynamic personality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
Marketing Skills, workload Management, Candidates with experience in industry/joint projects with corporate consultancy & research projects will be given preference.
Working experience in Industry collaboration, network building capacity & administrative skills.
Experience
A) Teaching: 3-5 yrs teaching experience.
B) Research: At least 02 research publications in Scopus/ SCI journals post-Ph.D.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Conducting Lectures as per schedule of workload and teaching plan and successful completion of same.
- Should involve in syllabus enrichment as per the current trend / Statutory Councils and add your valuable inputs for the same for better implementation.
- Should carry out examination duties and timely assessment of project and examination work.
- Deliver the lectures and practical’s in the lab for students’ skills development.
- Coordination in lab-related activities and involvement in the development of the same.
- Contribute to academic administration activities, admissions, internship, and placement activities.
- Attend Industry Training to gain skills expertise and experience.
- Enhancement of skills activities by attending seminars, conferences, and training conducted by industry.
- Develop an industry network for the benefit of student skill Development
- Provide academic support and be a mentor to students and guide them in building their soft skills.
- Should actively participate & involve in examination duties, evaluation of papers, and the timely submission of results.
- Should involve in research publications (Journals / Books/Articles).
- Should involve working on sponsored Projects by use of Innovative teaching methods & Software skills.
- Participation and presentation of papers in conferences & seminars and encourage the students under you in the promotion of research activities & encourage and guide them in their project reports & presentations etc.
- Should involve in various Co-Curricular activities / extracurricular activities/programs/events organized by the university.
