Key Deliverables
- Design and implement programs that promote innovation, including internal hackathons and ideation challenges, to stimulate creative problem-solving among employees
- Manage the organization’s idea management system, facilitating the collection, evaluation, and implementation of ideas. Ensure the system effectively captures innovative ideas and tracks their progress from conception to execution.
- Collaborate with various departments to identify innovation opportunities and integrate innovative practices into daily operations.
- Facilitate ideation sessions, guiding teams through creative processes to generate actionable ideas.
- Leading and manage high impact Innovation projects.
- Ensuring tracking, attainment and reporting of Innovation KPIs and Commercialization goals

Specialized Job Competencies
- Prior experience of working in Automotive Engineering Services / IT service s and Automotive Technology
- Proven experience in leading innovation initiatives, including organizing hackathons and managing idea management systems.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- A Can=D o attitude and ability to go the extra mile to deliver stretch targets
