Tata Trusts is in search of a candidate for the role of Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer (EA to the COO). This job is for the location Mumbai and its a fixed term contract for a period of 3 years.
Job Description
Project Support: Be a key, fungible member of the Trusts’ team, working on special projects ranging from developing guidelines, tools and frameworks, best-practice publications/ case studies, curating workshops, webinars and speaking events, managing critical memberships, etc.
Executive Support: Prepare periodic reports for the COO and other key stakeholders. Provide analysis on data and decision-inputs for taking critical decisions. 2 Preparation for meetings/ engagements. Review and summarize reports and documents, prepare background documents, briefings and presentations for meetings and public speaking engagements. Maintain up-to-date paper and electronic records for key presentations and documents
Key Responsibilities
1. Be a key SPOC for the COO
2 . Manage COO’s schedule of internal and external engagements
3. Engage with a range of internal and external stakeholders – this will involve interactions with multiple programmatic and operational/administrative functions.
- Map their expectations of support/follow up action required from the COO’s office.
- Align them with the COO’s priorities.
- Support COO with follow up action, documentation, and communication.
4. Support the COO with background research and briefing notes for key external engagements

Experience–
Minimum 2 to 4 years
Qualification–
Master’s in social sciences or a Bachelors in social sciences with a minimum of 2-4 years of work experience in the social sector.
