TCS Mega Freshers Hiring for Entry Level Engineers Batch 2025

TCS is inviting applications from eligible candidates of engineering background passing out in 2025 to be a part of TCS Mega Freshers Hiring.

The candidates can take entry through the TCS national Qualifier Test (NQT) by putting their engineering skills to the test and prove your mettle to get a head start on building a future you can be proud of.

About TCS NQT

TCS NQT follows an Integrated Test Pattern for entry level hiring. Based on the test performance, candidates will qualify for any one of the following hiring categories:

• Prime
• Digital
• Ninja

Test Date- 15th March 2025, Saturday

Eligibility

• The TCS NQT is open exclusively for the following academic qualifications from the batch of 2025 with specialization offered by AICTE/ UGC recognized universities/ colleges:
  • Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech)
  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.)
  • Master of Technology (M.Tech.)
  • Master of Engineering (M.E)
  • Master of Computer Applications (MCA)
  • Master of Science (M.Sc/ M.S)
• Minimum required aggregate of 60% or 6 CGPA
• No pending backlogs
• No extended education will be allowed

• Mandatory to declare gaps/ break in Education
• Only full time courses will be considered
• Candidates who have completed their Secondary and/or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the graduation and post-graduation (if applicable) courses are done full-time. 
• Should be between 18 to 28 years

Important Points

• You must have all your original academic documents to date, to be submitted at the time of the Interview (if shortlisted for interview).
• Communication related to the test will be informed to you by our test partner, TCS iON.
• TCS does not send job offers/any hiring related communication from unofficial email IDs like Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail etc.
• TCS does not ask candidates to deposit any money for employment offers.
• TCS is not associated with any external agency/company to conduct any interviews or make offers of employment on its behalf.
• Kindly note that we have stringent eligibility criteria and a robust selection process. Your eligibility as per the defined criteria will be checked at various stages of the selection process. At any point of time if you are found ineligible, or data shared by you is found to be discrepant, your candidature will be disqualified.

Prime

• CTC for Prime UG Offer – 9.0 LPA
• CTC for Prime PG Offer – 11.5 LPA

Digital

• CTC for Digital UG Offer – 7.0 LPA
• CTC for Digital PG Offer – 7.3 LPA

Ninja

• CTC for Ninja UG Offer – 3.36 LPA
• CTC for Ninja PG Offer – 3.53 LPA

Test Pattern

Application Process

Step 1. Log in to the TCS NextStep Portal

Step 2. Register and Apply for the Drive

• Scenario A: If you are already a registered user under TCS NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly log in with your TCS Reference ID (CT / DT reference number) and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
• Scenario B: If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose category as ‘IT’ and proceed to fill in your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.

Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-center) and choose your 3 preferred test centers & then click on ‘Apply’.

Kindly note that allocation of test center will depend on the center capacity.

Step 4. To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application’. The status should reflect as “Applied for Drive”.
