Preferred Candidate’s Profile
The ideal candidate(s) should have an interest in early-grade education and educational content development. They should have strong research skills, proficiency in designing tools(Canva, Adobe Suite etc.), and excellent communication skills in Odia(non-negotiable) and English. Familiarity with early years teaching methods, pedagogical practices, and a passion for child-centred, play-based learning would be advantageous.

0 to 3 years
Position Summary
The role involves refining and developing engaging and innovative learning content for pre-primary and primary grades. It also involves improving current teaching materials for teachers and creating educational activities for parents to assist their children’s learning at home.
Remuneration
Annual CTC ranging from ₹280,930 – ₹423,195 based on skills and previous relevant working experience.
