ThinkZone is seeking candidate for the post of Program Associate. Freshers are eligible for this job and immediate joiners are preferred.

Our mobile app is a one-stop solution to help educators in developing pedagogy and 21st-century skills. We also support at-home learning for children by assisting parents with simple tech tools. Preferred Candidate(s) Profile
The ideal candidate(s) should have an interest in data management, program documentation, and stakeholder communication. They should be proficient in using tools like Ms office and Google Suite. Strong skills in report writing, documentation, and excellent communication abilities in Odia (non-negotiable) and English are essential. Experience with program coordination and monitoring & evaluation would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, organize, and analyze data from various program activities. Ensure data accuracy and maintain databases for monitoring and evaluation.
- Program Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed program reports, case studies, and presentations to highlight key outcomes and insights.
- Program Support: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing on-the-ground program activities.

Remuneration
Annual CTC ranging from ₹280,930 – ₹423,195 based on skills and previous relevant working experience.
