About Job

As a Re-KYC Analyst Dissolutions, you would be responsible to execute a certain sequence of actions needed to comply with UK company law – Companies Act 2006. The process requires excellent written communication skills, strong analytical mind, ability to assist members with empathy and previous experience in handling basic banking operations.

Some of the things you will be doing

  • Executing the end to end process for Liquidations and Dissolutions
  • Performing basic Banking operations
  • Working on targets with fixed SLA
  • Applying your investigation and analytical skills on daily basis
  • Connect to different departments and communicate with them while handling complex situations
  • Communicating to members and answering questions
  • Assisting in evolving and improving current processes and procedures to drive efficiencies
  • Ensuring data is correctly captured to assist reporting/MI for internal (and where required) external stakeholders
  • Taking part in different remediation projects and other ad-hoc initiatives where required
  • Communicating with external partners, government representatives and solicitors

You will be a great fit if

  • You have previous experience in a fast-paced operational environment
  • You have financial services experience
  • Basic understanding of dissolved companies and insolvencies as per the UK Legislation.
  • You have excellent English and communication skills
  • You are customer focused and have experience dealing directly with customers (written communication)
  • You are comfortable with data and spreadsheets
  • You possess some or all of the following skills: good observation, effective problem solving and attention to details
  • You can demonstrate the ability to self-drive and multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
  • You are always on the lookout for recurring issues and help create new workflows to solve them
  • Effective collaboration and teamwork
