About the Internship Role
This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on our ‘Adaptation Research Alliance (ARA) Secretariat Strategic Learning and Tracking Partnership project’. The successful candidate will work closely with our team to conduct secondary research, facilitate monitoring and evaluation processes, and synthesize knowledge products.
Responsibilities
● Provide technical support to the TR team in conducting research activities, including literature review and qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
● Assist in monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes for ARA members and projects.
● Synthesize research findings and insights into knowledge products, such as reports, briefs, blogs, and presentations.
● Contribute to the development of research methodologies and tools for stakeholder-based research in resilience and adaptation.
● Support the coordination of workshops, webinars, and other knowledge-sharing events.

Skills and Requirements
● Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in a relevant eld (e.g., environmental studies, sustainability, development studies, geography, sociology, engineering) at a reputed institute.
● Strong interest in and understanding of resilience and adaptation concepts and practices.
● Experience with literature reviews and systemic research methods.
● Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills,
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis software (e.g., SPSS, NVivo) is a plus.
● Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
