TRRAIN (Trust for Retailers and Retail Associates of India) is seeking candidate for the post of Data Entry Operator- Finance & Accounts. The ideal candidate must have a bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field example B.Com, BFA, M.Com.

Nagesh, with the vision of Empowering People in Retail and works to achieve immediate and lasting change in the lives of retail associates in India. We are solely committed to upgrading the lives of people in retail, both at work and at home.
Accountable for
- Accurate entry of numerical and text-based information from source documents, within stipulated timelines
- Review data for deficiencies or errors; ensure correctness of the data
Specific Responsibilities
- Tally Data entry and accounting data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
- Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Apply data program techniques and procedures (wherever required)
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files, when needed
- Keep information confidential Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
- Comply with data integrity and security policies
- Ensure proper use of office equipment and address any malfunctions
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience will be preferred
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office, particularly Excel and accounting software tally.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
