About the Role
The Subject Matter Specialist will be responsible for overall management of the
agricultural activities. S/he has to coordinate with Lead- Programme and other village level staff for implementation of agricultural activities on field.

Desired Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Engineering, or related
fields.
• Proven experience (2–3 years) in agricultural projects, particularly in goatery and poultry
initiatives.
• Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Power Point
• Knowledge of agri-business models, value-added product strategies, and supply chain
development.
• Willingness to travel frequently to rural and remote project locations.
• A deep commitment to social impact and the NGO’s mission.
• Good communication and presentation skills, analytical and interpersonal abilities
